Clic over the + button to add a new palette.

Clic over the - button to delete the selected palette(s). This action is undoable.

Clic over the padlock icon to lock/unlock a palette modification.

Select a palette to modify his color swatches.

Once you have added a new palette to the Library you can’t change his type. You can save to disk as many Libraries as you want (Colorate generate .ClRt document files).
